Through the “Georeferenced Search Engine”, users will be able to know the location of all the museums in charge of the Ministry of Culture at national level and download their information sheets. The “Virtual Visit” option offers the opportunity to explore its rooms, regardless of where the user is.

They can also access the “Online Consultation of Personal Property” function, to observe the pieces that each gallery has. Finally, the mobile application “QR Tour of Museums” will allow visitors to museums to download detailed information on art pieces using a QR code. In addition, the application will allow access to a form through which you can send comments or suggestions you consider.


Italian Art Museum, Peru
 
Initially, three museums in Lima will have these innovative applications: the Italian Art Museum, the National Museum of Peruvian Culture (Cercado de Lima) and the Huallamarca Site Museum.
The launch of the virtual platform takes place within the framework of the "International Museum Day", with the main objective of promoting knowledge and identity with the Cultural Heritage through the use of technology.
